What is your return policy?
Dead Jeep, LLC sells USED OEM and aftermarket Jeep parts. All parts are sold "AS IS." Dead Jeep, LLC does not offer consulting or repair services — please know what you need before you buy.
Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of any part for their vehicle. Dead Jeep, LLC makes no claim as to the fitness of any part for a particular purpose and is not responsible for incidental or consequential losses resulting from customer error.
What is your warranty?
Most parts carry a 30-day guarantee unless explicitly sold "AS IS." Engines and transmissions carry a 90-day warranty unless explicitly sold "AS IS." Customers may return a defective part for a replacement or refund at the discretion of Dead Jeep, LLC.
How do I return a part?
All returned parts must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and returned in the same condition in which they were sold — the warranty is void if this condition is not met. Dead Jeep, LLC is not responsible for any parts that have been altered, modified, disassembled, or damaged by misuse or accident after purchase.
Parts returned that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued by company check, or credited back to the card used in the original transaction for credit card purchases.
Are any sales final?
Yes. Electrical parts — including starters, alternators, computers, and miscellaneous sensors — are final sale. Defective electrical parts will be replaced or store credit will be issued, but refunds are not available on electrical items.
